Staying Current: A new twist on still life photography

I am not a still life photographer, I am not a stock photographer.  I always like to say that I let God make the art, I just take the picture.  Even so, I like to challenge myself as often as I can and every now and then, I concoct a neat idea.  I love to at least make the effort to try something new because I always learn so many cool things that I can apply to more practical photography.  Check out some pics from my latest still life shoot.
